 In this Demo, We will see how to the sign off action can be performed on the button click in item form

Assumptions:
Created new item type name POC Voting and attached a life cycle and workflow

Explanation:
When the workflow activity has multiple path then it will ask for user confirmation to select the path. 
If the workflow activity has only one path then it will do the signoff automatically.
